1991: David and Ben Neill record ‘ITSOFOMO’ (‘In The Shadow Of Forward Motion’), originally presented as a live performance at The Kitchen in 1989. David’s words accompany an elastic composition by Neill revealing the deep affinity shared by these two artists and percussionist Don Yallech. They create the recording over a few days in a Brooklyn recording studio thanks to a $1500 grant from Art Matters. The cover uses a detail from David’s work Fear of Evolution with a monkey pulling a globe in a wheelbarrow.
