In 1984, David’s work gains international exposure with 40 exhibitions around the globe (including Germany, Italy, Mexico, Argentina, and the Netherlands.)
In the course of the year, he is accepted into the PS1 Clocktower Studio Program again, has his second solo show at Civilian Warfare in the East Village, and mounts a show in Buenos Aires, Argentina with Luis Frangella. By the end of the year he is represented by Gracie Mansion Gallery.
