Hal Bromm Gallery held the exhibit “David Wojnarowicz” November 19 – December 23, 1983 featuring paintings and a room of totem sculptures.
The gallery writes “His stenciled images use symbols of fear, violence, and alienation to probe the problems of modern man; sex, drugs and war. Materials used are spray paint, maps, found wood and other objects and mediums.”
